It offers relaxing rooms with thin glass, a central view, bar, and every member of the staff was very cheerful. Excellent service, the breakfast is good. The lobby restaurant serves reasonably priced food.

Location
Very noisy from the bar downstairs and the street outside. While the bed was clean and comfortable the room was shabby with the curtain falling down and the bedside lamp not working.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay here again. The location was good and fab, just a short walk away from a city centre park. A supermarket and a convenience store were right next door.

I had to request a change in room as there were cracked floor tiles that moved and would cut my feet in the bathroom. The second room had mould in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was grimy, the area was very noisy and there was no hot water for showers. When I advised the hotel staff about the lack of hot water she refused to believe me! I would never stay there again.
